Terms and Conditions
Applicable to all services of Jobberd B.V., registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number [KVK NUMBER].
Article 1 — Definitions
- Platform: the website and services of Jobberd, accessible via jobberd.nl.
- User: anyone who creates an account on the platform.
- Assignment: a temporary assignment posted by a client on the platform.
- Client: a company or recruiter that posts assignments via the platform.
- Professional: a person who applies for assignments via the platform.
Article 2 — Applicability
These terms apply to all use of the Jobberd platform. By creating an account or using the platform, the user accepts these terms. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.
Article 3 — Account
To use the platform, the user must create an account with correct and current information. One account per person or company is allowed. It is prohibited to create accounts with false identities, to share accounts, or to use the platform for spam, fraud or other unlawful purposes. Jobberd reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts in case of misuse.
Article 4 — Assignments
Clients may post assignments via the platform. Professionals may apply for posted assignments. Jobberd acts solely as a technical platform and does not mediate in the employment relationship between client and professional. Jobberd is not a party to any agreement concluded between users. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of assignment descriptions and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Article 5 — Liability
Jobberd accepts no liability for damages arising from use of the platform, including damages resulting from incorrect assignment descriptions, disputes between users, or temporary unavailability of the service. To the extent that liability cannot be fully excluded, Jobberd's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the relevant user to Jobberd in the three months preceding the damaging event.
Article 6 — Changes
Jobberd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via the platform or by email. Continued use after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
Article 7 — Applicable law
These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
